To support large-scale public health screening initiatives, Health Futures built a secure, web-based application that digitizes and streamlines end-to-end workflows for cervical cancer screening programs. Originally developed for the Ontario Cervical Screening Program (OCSP) for Ontario Health, the platform was subsequently enhanced to also support Manitoba's Cervix Check program.
The Challenge
Requisition details for patients and physicians were processed through manual, disconnected systems, making it difficult to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance when managing sensitive patient data. The manual workflows created delays and risks of errors in handling sensitive screening information.

A centralized, automated platform with configurable, province-ready architecture that digitizes workflows, automates validations, and integrates with provincial and internal systems — demonstrating multi-jurisdiction scalability from Ontario to Manitoba.
